<p>신세계인터내셔널 관계자는 “핸드폰 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 유사한 구조이기 덕분에 본인이 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 전했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “휴대폰 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 때문에 현금으로 즉시 지급하고 있을 것입니다”고 설명했다.</p>

<p>스마트폰 소액결제는 당월 이용한 결제 돈이 핸드폰 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이와 같은 경우 스마트폰 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 허나 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 모바일 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 덕에 승인 취소가 불가하다.</p>
