근래에 들어 전국 코로나(COVID-19) 확진자 수의 60% 안팎이 쏟아지는 서울 근처 지역은 알바 일자리 기근 반응이 더 심하다. 요번에 자취를 실시하면서 알바를 찾고 있는데 코로나바이러스감염증 시국에 학교 근처의 아르바이트 자리는 구하기가 정말 쉽지 않다.

특히 올해 상반기는 지난해에 비해 ‘10대 이상의 알바 구직자가 소폭 늘어난 것으로 조사됐다. 지난 2016년과 2015년 연간 아르바이트 구직자 중 70대 이상 알바 구직자가 각 7.3%, 7.2 %에 그친 반면 올해는 저것보다 약 2.2%P 많아진 9.1%를 기록했다.

상세 사유를 살펴 보면 △주휴수당 미지급이 23.4%로 가장 많았다. 또 △임금체불이 14.9%, △최저임금 위반이 12.7%를 차지했다. 올해 등록된 아르바이트몬 노무상담 요청 중 코로나19 뒤 ‘휴업에 따른 급여 삭감, ‘해고 등 ‘코로나 연관 요청이 총 347건, 3%에 달했다.
