<p>이은희 인하대 소비자학과 교수는 “구글 같은 글로벌 오프라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 무난한 대처를 하지 않는 경우가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 케이스가 많아지고 있을 것입니다면 구글이 최대로 제일 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 이야기 했다.</p>
<p>포털 다음(Daum)와 다음의 언론사 제휴를 심사하는 포털 뉴스제휴평가위원회가 9월8월 소액 결제 현금화 등 관련 기사를 다수 적은 언론사들을 퇴출했다. 다만 이후에도 몇몇 언론을 중심으로 이와 같이 기사가 나타났다 사라지는 일이 반복되고 있는 상황이다.</p>
<p>신세계인터내셔널 지인은 “스마트폰 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 비슷한 구조이기 덕분에 본인이 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 말했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “핸드폰 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 때문에 현금으로 당장 지급하고 있다”고 설명하였다.</p>
<p>스마트스토어에서 모바일 소액결제로 주문특정 제품에 대한 환불 방식이 오픈마켓과 소셜커머스 등 유통채널에 맞게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오픈마켓은 '포인트'로 환불 해주는 반면 소셜커머스와 대형 온라인몰은 계좌로 '현금' 지급하고 있을 것입니다.</p>
