<p>소액결제 현금화는 상품권, 게임 아이템 등을 결제한 바로 이후 인증번호 등 정보를 회사에 넘기면 수수료를 떼고 즉시 현금을 지급하는 것을 말한다. ‘급전이 필요한 노인들이 주로 사용하는데, 실상은 고금리 대출에 사기 확률이 높아 정보통신망법상 불법으로 규정하고 있습니다.</p>
